The hotel staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us. Hasan Bay, in particular, was outstanding, even lending his car to help us find a pharmacy on a Sunday. The location was convenient, with easy access 

The hotel is located close to the Grand Bazaar, making it a convenient location for shopping. The reception staff in the night shift were helpful and attentive, while the housekeeping and restaurant service was excellent. 

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short distance away from the grand bazaar and the Beyazid Metro station. It made getting around the city a breeze.
